Selection Process

IGM Recruitment 2026 follows a multi-stage selection process:

Stage 1 — Computer Based Test (CBT) Online objective-type written exam. No negative marking. Bilingual — Hindi and English (except English Language section). Minimum qualifying marks: General/EWS — 55%, OBC — 50%, SC/ST — 45%.

Stage 2 — Skill Test / Typing Test Only for Jr. Office Assistant, Jr. Bullion Assistant, and Jr. Hindi Typist. Typing speed required: English @40 wpm / Hindi @30 wpm. This stage is qualifying in nature.

Stage 3 — Document Verification Original certificates for age, qualification, category, experience to be verified.

Stage 4 — Medical Examination Final medical fitness check by Government Hospital Medical Officer.
